The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is fresh and gourmand, with a clear tangy frame of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry and cranberries, associated with an airy perfume of violet and peony, as well as a sweet touch of wild mint and vanilla, liquorice and toast in the background. The palate is juicy, tangy and fruity. It expresses the flavors of red morello cherry, crushed raspberry and strawberry, as well as notes of licorice, nutmeg, a hint of cocoa, toast and peony. Tannins are fine and polished. Beautiful refreshing and salivating acidity. Good persistence in the mouth.
