The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is subtle and purely fruity, expressing notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry, red cherry and fresh red currants. After aeration, we also find a floral touch of violet, as well as a spicy hint of nutmeg, associated with a note of blackcurrant leaf in the background. The palate is chiseled, tangy and lively. It expresses flavors of cranberries, tart red cherry, raspberry and crunchy strawberry, associated with a touch of blackcurrant leaf and violet. Tannins have a fine grain and a present, but delicate structure. Beautiful salivating acidity and a good length on a tangy touch of wild small cherry.
