The nose is aromatic, elegant and slightly velvety. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and slight hints of flowers (hawthorn, orchid) associated with a hint of clove and camphor. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, well-balanced and offers a slight suavity, a beautiful roundness, a slight freshness, a slight acid frame as well as a slight gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of crushed raspberry associated with a hint of plum, toasted oak, flowers, sweet spices as well as discreet hints of clove and a slight hint of leather. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
