The nose is fruity and relatively fine. It reveals notes of lemon and yuzu zest associated with discreet notes of honey, pineapple in syrup and a touch of verbena / blossoms. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced and offers a nice acidity, a silky matter and a fine racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and crystallized tangerine associated with fine notes of apricot, pineapple in syrup, honey as well as a discreet hint of cereals. Good length and persistence.
