In the center of the village of Serrières, north of the Ardèche, the wine is born among 12 hectares of vineyards on granite soils. La Bélive is a selection of old vineyard plots. From very low yields, 35 hl/ha, the wine is aged for 15 months in barriques (10% new). Dark purplish red in color, it smells of currants and blueberries, ripe fruit, expresses warmth, with a very incisive and slightly angular tannic texture that sinks into a great harmonious matter of good breadth. Of great evolutionary potential.
