Domaine Bisconte – La Légende 2023 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is spicy and offers a nice texture, a certain controlled power, a fine spicy side, harmony as well as a certain complexity. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers gourmandise, a tangy frame, a beautiful suavity, tension, precision, energy as well as a fine crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of yellow apple, bright yellow peach and small notes of small citrus fruits / sweet-acidulous kumquat associated with hints of crushed small fruits as well as fine hints of toasted/hazelnut and a discreet hint varietal (in the background). Good length. A subtle saline hint. Good persistence.
