Domaine Bisconte 2023 – Les Vignes de Fontclare – IGP Côtes Catalanes

The nose is fruity, elegant, airy in its concentration and offers darkness. It reveals notes of concentrated blueberry, cornflower and small notes of liquorice stick associated with fine hints of black tea as well as discreet hints of smoke, sense of the place (local biotope) and discreet hints of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is nicely built, supple and offers gourmandize, an acidulous frame, juiciness, suppleness, beautiful energy, a crystalline side as well as concentration of the fruit with precision. Lace! On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed blueberry, violet and small notes of creamy cassis, violet associated with touches of black tea, black olive as well as fine hints of chocolate, toast and vanilla. Tannins are mellow and gourmands. Elegant and fresh darkness.
