Domaine Bisconte 2022 – Renaissance – AOP Côtes du Roussillon village

The nose offers fruit, an airy side in its grain as well as voluptuousness. There are notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of bright small blue fruits associated with touches of roasted-fresh small red fruits as well as a subtle almost sappy/mentholated hint. The palate is nicely built, well-balanced and offers brightness, juiciness as well as a nice brilliance of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blueberry, morello cherry and small notes of roasted-juicy small fruits associated with touches of zan, black olive, fine mineral hints (granite terroir) as well as discreet hints of blond tobacco and a subtle almost sappy hint / sense of place (local biotope). Tannins are sapid, mellow and gourmand. A subtle hint of vanilla in the background.
