(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration and gourmand notes of fresh fruit (red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, red currant, red plum), associated with a hint of prunes, delicate spicy aromas (white pepper, nutmeg) and a floral hint (dried rose), with a mineral touch in the background. The palate is savoury, with an expressive and very fruity attack and fine, structured and slightly grippy tannins on the finish. It expresses notes of ripe strawberry, red cherry, raspberry and red currant, associated with a floral touch of dried rose and peony, as well as a touch of nutmeg and white pepper which return on the finish. The finish offers beautiful acidity, persistence, as well as gourmandise and a tannic touch of black fruits (wild plum, morello cherry).
