The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a certain gourmandize, a fine grain as well as a slight intensity. There are notes of bright strawberry, bright cherry and small notes of juicy plum associated with small touches of bigarreau cherry, lily as well as small hints of spices, a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, a beautiful juicy / acidulous fruit, gourmandize, elegance as well as purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright red plum, bright blackberry and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with touches of blueberry, violet, lily as well as hints of chocolate, toasted almond and a discreet hint of caramelization. Tannins are elegant and well-built. A beautiful wine!
