The nose is aromatic and offers concentration, a fine power, a small richness, freshness, a small pulpy side as well as a certain intensity. There are notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy / fleshy raspberry and small notes of crushed red berries associated with fine touches of bright blackberry, violet, sense of place (local biotop) as well as subtle hints of licorice, sweet blond tobacco and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral (racy minerality), elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, aromatic purity, a small unctuosity (all in freshness) as well as gourmandize. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, pulpy cherry cherry and small notes of acidulous purple plum associated with touches of acidulous red berries, hints of violet, blond tobacco, camphor, laurel berries as well as slight hints of caramelization and chocolate. Presence of a discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
