The nose is fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers a certain intensity. It reveals notes of pulpy / fresh cherry, fresh wild raspberry and small notes of juicy / fresh blueberry associated with small touches of iris, cherry blossoms, liquorice, fine hints of racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and laurel berreis. The palate is fruity, racy and offers suavity, juiciness, a certain gourmandize, a pulpy / juicy fruit, dynamism, a fine incisive side as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright Bigarreau cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of pulpy / acidulous red berries associated with touches of iris, violet, zan as well as fine hints of blond tobacco, minerality racy and a discreet hint of laurel berries. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of bitterness of cocoa on the persistence / aftertaste.
