It reveals notes of crunchy blackberry, small crunchy red berries, small notes of rose associated with touches of fresh violet as well as fine hints of fresh iris, crunchy cherry, discreet varietal hints and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, straightness, a beautiful tension, a fine juiciness/pulpiness as well as crunchiness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy blackberry, juicy raspberry, small notes of cherry associated with touches of small creamy red berries, rose, fresh lily as well as very fine hints of liquorice/toasted. Good length. Tannins are well-built.
