The nose is fine, quite aromatic and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of black cherry, plum and slight notes of ripe small berries associated with slight notes of violet as well as hints of spices and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fine, mineral, sleek, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight suavity, fat as well as a mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy plum, juicy blackberry and slight notes of juicy raspberry associated with a hint of cherry as well as slight touches of spices, a hint of chocolate and a discreet hint of sweet spices. Tannins are fine and slightly tight. Good length. The finish is slightly powerful.
