The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a fine grain, complexity as well as a certain controlled power. There are notes of tangy yellow apples, yellow berries and slightly crunchy pears paired with a touch of dried zest as well as a hint of eucalyptus / lime. There are white flowers and subtle toasted / hazelut hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, tangy and offers a good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension, a nice acidulous frame, a nice finesse of the grain as well as a good “sense of detail”. There are notes of juicy / tangy lemons, tangy green apple and more slightly of quince associated with touches of crunchy yellow berries, crunchy peach as well as a fine hint of lime, white flowers and a hint of walnuts / walnut vinegar. Without forgetting a toasted side and salinity. A beautiful, gourmand, sapid and suave finish. Nice success, congratulations !
