The wine has a beautiful cherry color. The nose is fresh, fruity, mineral with a hint of smoke. Discreetly aromatic, we perceive small forest fruits like wild strawberry. There is a slight potpourri of rose and undergrowth. The second nose opens with the same aromatics and hints of cold cigar. The palate is fresh, fruity with a slight effervescence at the very beginning of the tasting. There is a nice acidity and notes of fruits like wild strawberry, plum and small red cherry. The tannins are present but supple. The finish is salivating with notes of cocoa and cherry brandy.
