The wine has an intense ruby color. The nose is fresh and fruity with small, crunchy red fruits. There is a very nice freshness of eucalyptus and a nice racy minerality. The second nose opens with hints of garrigue but also pink pepper. We have hints of redcurrant mixed with notes of black cherry. The palate is fresh with a fruity attack. We find the juicy cherry as well as the redcurrant with the pulpy blackcurrant. The tannins are present, powerful but measured. They soften in the mid-palate. the tasting ends with a finish of black fruits and a touch of bitterness.
