Beautiful aromatic nose, gourmand (even finely creamy) and offers an airy side and finesse in its relative intensity. We find notes of fresh peach, verbena and small notes of small fresh/fleshy white fruits associated with touches of yuzu as well as fine hints of acacia flowers and a discreet hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, aromatic, elegant and airy and offers gourmandise, precision, suppleness, a tangy frame as well as energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, pulpy/brilliant vine peach and small notes of juicy yellow berries as well as a hint of physalis, citrus zest, acacia flowers and a subtle hint of almost fresh sage. A varietal hint on the finish/persistence with a hint of lemongrass.
