The nose is fresh and offers a certain tension, a certain power as well as a discreetly tight grain. There are notes of ripe green apple, ripe zest and small notes of ripe citrus fruits associated with touches of acacia/varietals. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers gourmandise, a tangy structure, tension, roundness, a nice small fat as well as pulpiness of the fruit. Good job on the good bitterness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, kumquat and small notes dried zest associated with a touch of small crushed yellow fruits as well as fine, almost buttery/toasted hints and a subtle sappy hint. Good length. Minerality.
