The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, a tangy structure, brightness of the fruit, matter, energy as well as a slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small juicy/ripe yellow fruits, dried lemon and small notes small crushed white fruits associated with a touch of beeswax, controlled oxidation as well as fine hints of dried almond and nutmeg. Nice mellow and sapid finish. A tannic side both in aroma and structure.
