The nose is fresh, aromatic and relatively full. It reveals notes of white fruits and a discreet hint of zests associated with hints of toasted oak as well as slight notes of flowers (after aeration) and an imperceptible/subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers finesse, a slight suavity, a good structure, a nice straightness, a beautiful fat, a beautiful freshness as well as a good guideline. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe pear, fresh apple and slight notes of quince, kumquat associated with a hint of mirabelle, slight touches of beeswax, quenette, minerality as well as very discreet hints of toasted oak and a very discreet hint of butter. Good length.
