The nose is fresh, slightly evolved and nicely fruity with mineral notes. There are fine notes of green tea as well as white fig, cooked white peach and apple. The second nose opens with more intensity on a citrus side with lemon and orange zest with a light woodiness. The palate is fresh with a slightly woody attack. Cigar box and sweet spices. We perceive candied lemon zest and orange blossom. A complex, gastronomic wine. The finish is slightly saline, with a hint of astringency. Notes of butter, toast, pine sap and yellow peach.
