Domaine Baud Génération 9 – Sauvage – Crémant du Jura

The nose is fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of apple, crunchy Mirabelle plum and small notes of pawpaw associated with fine touches of racy minerality as well as discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic, very finely gourmande, fine and offers minerality as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. Beautiful work on the effervescence. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh mirabelle plum and small notes of brioche, bee wax associated with very fine hints of citrus (in the background). Good length. A very discreet hint of dry almond on the finish/persistence.
