The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of fleshy black cherry, violet, small notes of Boysen berry associated with a fine touch of small wild ripe berries as well as fine hints thyme, Sichuan pepper, spices and a very discreet hint of badiane. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a fine tension as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, fleshy blackberry, small notes of fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy cassis associated with fine touches of fleshy raspberry as well as discreet hints of small red berries, liquorice, thyme and a subtle hint of sweet mild tobacco.
