Domaine Augustin – Adeodat 2016 – Collioure

The nose is aromatic, gourmand, racy, elegant and offers a small freshness (in the background), finesse as well as a small straightness. It reveals notes of Williams pear and small notes of yellow fruits associated with subtle touches of pineapple (in the background), mirabelle plum as well as a subtle hint of quince, toasted bread, a very discreet hint of salinity and an imperceptible hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a fine acid frame, straightness, a beautiful fat, tension, a small airy side, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a nice freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Williams pear, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of toasted bread associated with subtle hints of yellow fruits, discreet hints of ripe citrus, fresh almond as well as an imperceptible hint of racy minerality and garrigue.
