On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, cherry, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of juicy/acidulous wild raspberry as well as hints of crushed redcurrant, chocolate, cherry blossom, toasted, vanilla, a subtle hint of liquorice and a imperceptible hint of toasted almond (in the background).
