The nose is gourmand, aromatic and quite elegant. It reveals notes of Bourbon vanilla and caramelization associated with slight notes of boysenberry jam, ripe/fresh blueberry as well as slight toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial, racy and offers an acid frame, minerality, tension as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, ripe cassis and slight hints of ripe/fresh blueberry associated with hints of sweet spices, vanilla, toasted hints as well as discreet hints of caramelization and coconut. Tannins are slightly dry. Good length. The finish is very slightly dry.
