(Organic) The wine shows a vivid ruby colour. The nose is slightly reductive, very youthful, needs time to settle. It opens up with nuances of red and black cherries, red plums, a touch of kirsch and a delicate herbaceous note. The palate is juicy and vibrant, revealing crunchy acidity, grippy, slightly green tannins, elegant body and a certain rusticity. The wine is packed with sour red berries notes, combined with a subtle animalistic touch. Good length and juiciness on the finish.
