The nose is dusty, quite spicy and offers a cooked and fresh side at the same time. It reveals notes of rye, date and small notes of dried fig associated with hints of cashew nuts and fresh walnuts. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, tension as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of rye, dried apricot and small notes of roasted almond associated with touches of green coffee, small dried fruits as well as fine hints of tobacco and Corinthian raisin. Good length. Hint of toasted almond, grilled and fine tannic hints (in the aromatic) in the background.
