The wine shows a pale, shiny lemon-green colour with a silver tinge. On the nose it reveals notes of smoke, flint, some saline quality enlivened by nuances of green apple and lime. The palate is packed with savoury notes of dried herbs, umami, touch of oregano, pronounced flinty minerality. The fruit is popping up later with notes of pineapple and quince. The wine shows an elegant, aerial structure and a zesty, refreshing acidity. The finish is pungent, slightly bitter with a strong, saline character and good length.
