The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, fine and offers a beautiful acid frame, a good definition, a good freshness, tension, fat as well as a very beautiful straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized mandarin and slight notes of almon, fresh apple, vine peach associated with hints of honey, litchi, sweet spices, a slight hints of zests as well as a very discreet hint of pâtisserie (in the background) and very slight notes of dried apricot. Beautiful aromatic persistence on slight hints of dried apricot, almond and crystallized lemon.
