The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers richness. It reveals notes of dried apricot, candied peach and slight notes of crystallized lemon associated with hints of honey as well as discreet hints of brioche/pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, fresh, mienral, elegant, well-defined and offers a beautiful fat, a beautiful mineral frame as well as a slight acid frame (which brings a small vivacity). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, green apple and crystallized clementine associated with hints of litchi/quenette, slight/discreet hints of dried apricot as well as a very discreet hint of almond, honey, a subtle hint of dried fig (in the background) and discreet hints of flowers. Good length. (Very) Beautiful persistence with notably a subtle hint of biscuit.
