Distillerie Grallet Dupic G. Rozelieures Single Malt Whisky Tourbé Collection

Nice gold color for this whisky. It is shiny. The first nose of this Single Malt presents notes of creamy caramel. Then fruits arrive like baked apple and mirabelle plum. Finally, the smoke makes its appearance with touches of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit zest. Acidulous, the nose is complex with a discreet but perfectly worked peat. The palate is suave with creamy aromas accompanied by this tangy side that we had on the nose. Lime, green orange with peat, more powerful but controlled. The smokiness is present in the mid-palate with apple and spices such as pepper. Gradually, the finish lets express vanilla and pure peat in the length.
