Very nice cognac color, limpid and shiny. The first nose is delicate with beautiful notes of roasted almonds but also of nougat and mint. There is also a creamy side accompanied by fruits such as apricot, peach and mango. Blood orange appears at the end of the nose. The attack is lively, powerful. There is roundness and strength. Spices with pepper and vanilla, fruits with apricot kernel and candied melon, flowers on acacia and honey. There is a beautiful complexity. The mid-palate reveals dried fruits such as roasted almonds and peanuts. The whole remains harmonious with a nice acidity. It’s balanced until a salivating finish on crunchy nougatine.
