Diochon – Cuvée Vieilles Vignes 2022 – Moulin-à-Vent

There are notes of cherry pits, morello cherry and small notes of blackberry, associated with touches of violet, blond tabaco and an almost almond hint. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, tension and a good work on the good bitters. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry pit, fresh blackberry and small notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry associated with touches of toast, toasted almond and an almost grilled/ smoke like hint. A subtle hint roasted fruits in the background. Good length. Good freshness.
