The nose is fruity, precise and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of juicy red cherry and flowers (violet, cornflower, local flowers) associated with fine touches of rosemary, thyme as well as very fine touches of small black fruits and a hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, tension, a good definition as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cherry and flowers (rose, cornflower, local flowers…) associated with fine touches of rosemary/olivier, chocolate, tobacco/liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background) and sense of the place. Tannins are elegant.
