The nose offers fruit, minerality, good definition, precision, fine gourmandise and a textured, stretched and precise grain. There are notes of crunchy yellow peach and small notes of wild yellow apple, associated with fine touches of verbena, peach blossom, as well as a discreet hint of zest, citron and a subtle hint of almost fresh beeswax. The palate is well-built, fruity, elegant, delicate, melodious and presents an elegant, airy, precise and well-balanced grain and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy quenette, lychee and small notes of pulpy vine peach, combined with touches of citron, as well as fine, almost quince-like hints, racy minerality and hints of almost beeswax-like in the background. A subtle touch of almost tannic in both aromatic and structure. Accuracy, gourmandise and a certain delicacy. Nice tangy persistence.
