The nose is slightly volatile, uplifting the exuberant fruit. Notes of ripe apricots interlace gracefully with nuances of ginger and allspice, a touch of iodine and white pepper. The palate is voluptuous and rich, very spicy and savoury. The finish lasts for minutes. A gorgeous wine that has a further ageing potential.
