The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a sight intensity, a captivating side and gourmandise. It reveals notes of blackberry, small blue fruits and flowers (violet, iris) associated with small touches of crunchy red berries, black pepper, sweet spices, vanilla, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of grove, black olive, spices and an imperceptible hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavity, emotion, gourmandise, a small acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, elegance as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and small notes of small crushed red berries associated with slight touches of crushed elderberries, crunchy cassis, cherry as well as discreet hints of flowers, grove, spices and cardamom. There are hints of cocoa, fresh almond and roasting on the finish / persistence. Tannins are elegant, fine and structuring. A beautiful wine.
