Deltetto – Roero DOCG 2018 Gorrini, Santo Stefano

On the nose it is fruity and it offers a little gourmandize as well as a fleshy / juicy fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry, pulpy cherry and more slightly violet associated with touches of nutmeg and discreet hints of spice. On the palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a little roundness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, pulpy / juicy strawberry and more slightly of cherry associated with touches of violet, pulpy / fresh berries as well as fine hints of tobacco, hazelnut, cardamom and a subtle hint of bay laurel.
