The nose is elegant, powerful and offers a small richness/concentration. It reveals notes of caramelized orange, kumquat, small notes of tarte Tatin associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, dry flowers, rancio/cedar as well as fine hints of caramelization and a subtle hint of vanilla/hazelnut. The palate is fruity, elegant, very beautifully balanced and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, fullness, fat, a discreet acidulous frame (in the background), a good structure, a small aerial side, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a very fine unctuous sensation. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized mandarine, apple/white fruits, small notes of tarte Tatin associated with fine touches of cedar, cigar, caramelization as well as very discreet hint of vanilla and chocolate on the finish. Good length.
