The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, elegance, gourmandize, finesse as well as a small roundness. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, dried peach and small notes of caramelized apple associated with small touches of Zante currant, dried zest, tobacco as well as fine hints of cedar, pepper, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of dried almond on the finish / persistence.
