(Cask n ° 2430. Bottled : June 2020. 48.7%) The nose is elegant, racy and offers a small power, a small intensity as well as a beautiful fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy / juicy nectarine, juicy quince and small notes of lemon associated with fine touches of mandarin in syrup, citron as well as hints of Cuben pepper, white flowers and a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, juiciness, a fine freshness, a small power, palatability as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied peach, crystallized mandarin and small notes of crystallized lemon associated with small touches of citron, apricot in syrup, small hints of cedar, caramelization, sweet blond tobacco as well as subtle hints of nougatine and an imperceptible hint of chocolate (in the background). A fine tannic hint on the finish / persistence.
