Beautiful racy nose, marked by the Cabernet Sauvignon and offers a peppery side. It reveals notes of ripe/pulpy raspberry, bright cassis and small notes of spices associated with touches of pepper as well as fine hints of ripe small wild fruits and discreet hints of tobacco. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful delicacy as well as a tangy frame. A beautiful delicate touch/texture, fruity, fresh and elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, black plum and small notes of pulpy cassis associated with touches of bright red berries, fine hints of nutmeg, Bigarreau cherry as well as a hint of violet, wisteria, racy minerality and tobacco. Good length. Tannins are mellow and sapid. A wine full of delicacy and gourmandize.
