The nose is elegant, aromatic, beautifully precise, full of delicacy and offers a fine intensity (full of finesse), a fine density and a beautiful guideline. It reveals notes of caramel pear, caramelized orange, small notes of lemon associated with small touches of vine peach, caramel apple as well as fine hints of apricot/apricot flowers, rancio, cigar box, a discreet hint of pâtisserie, cedar, toasted hazelnut, orange flowers and liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful definition, finesse as well as a beautiful fine grain, elegance, power (full of control), a certain delicacy and a fine aerial side. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of orange flowers, crystallized mandarine, small notes crystallized lemon associated with small touches of yellow peach, apricot as well as hints of caramel pear, cedar, pâtisserie, discreet hints of rancio, toasted hazelnut, a subtle hint of flowers, pepper, Bourbon vanilla, nougatine and an imperceptible hint of menthol liquorice (in the background).
