The wine has a beautiful intense and deep cherry color. The nose is powerful and aromatic with notes of black fruits such as cherry and blackberry. There are also notes of wood with touches of vanilla and fine leather. We can perceive some hints of Provence herbs. The second nose is fresh with notes of red fruits. There is a small reduction. The palate is fresh with a very present acidity. Aromatic, fruity and floral, the tasting has notes of black cherry, blackberry as well as redcurrant. We have power with supple tannins and a full mouthfeel. There are hints of chocolate and a relatively long morello cherry finish.
