(Organic, without added sulfites) The wine shows a bright, vibrant ruby purple colour. The nose reveals gourmet notes of ripe black cherries, a touch of forest raspberries and bramble, a delicate hint of sweet spices. The palate is vivid and juicy, with fresh crunchy acidity, light body and grippy but very well-managed tannins. The wine offers notes of crunchy red and black cherries, cranberry and cowberry, a hint of red plum, some pungent spices on the finish. Excellent freshness, very approachable and easy-drinking.
