It reveals notes of dried mandarin zest, dried quince, caramelized orange and small notes of dried lemon combined with hints of cedar, rancio, blond tobacco as well as a subtle hint of biscuit, Cuben pepper and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition/finesse, dynamism, a beautiful guideline, a small tension, a beautiful complexity as well as a nice finesse of the grain. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel pear, caramel peach and candied orange associated with small notes of dried orange zests, citron, caramel, Zante currans as well as a subtle hint of apricot, crème brûlée, a discreet touch of Bourbon vanilla and tonka bean / chocolate. Good length.
