On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized peach, caramelized apple and small notes of quince associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, a subtle hint of dried white flowers, dried lime as well as slight hints of pâtisseries, fresh blond tobacco, rancio and Bourbon vanilla.
