The nose is fruity / aromatic, powerful and elegant. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried peach and small notes of candied citrus zest (orange, lemon) associated with fine touches of kumquat, flowers as well as subtle hints of caramel / pâtisseries, spices and an imperceptible touch of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, suave, well-balanced, beautifully gourmande and offers fat, tension, straightness, elegance as well as a nice definition. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of crushed apple, crushed ripe brugnon, candied orange and small notes of candied kumquat associated with touches of lemon zest, caramelization, quenette and a grilled hint / coffee. Good length and persistence.
